Hasil Visitasi Dinkes Jatim: IGD Dapat Kredit Tinggi, Apresiasi Kelengkapan dan Kesiapan Sarana-prasarana Penunjang Layanan Perumahsakitan

Tim Visitasi Dinkes Jatim memberi apresiasi tinggi terhadap keseluruhan layanan perumahsakitan di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Salah satu unit layanan yang mendapat kredit tinggi terutama adalah Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD).

Tim visitasi menilai, ruang tunggu di sisi selatan IGD sangat membantu pelayanan karena tidak mengganggu aktifitas mobilisasi pasien.

Tak hanya itu, jalur keluar masuk mobil ambulance juga sudah strategis sehingga sangat mendukung pelayanan kegawatdaruratan.

Selain fasilitas dan sarana prasarana, Ketua Tim Visitasi Dinkes Jatim, dr. Ninis Herlina Kiranasari mengakui mayoritas tenaga kesehatan di ruangan perawatan sudah terlatih dan terampil menangani pasien.

Sistem kerjanya efektif dan efsien, para nakes juga bekerja profesional.

Semua itu didukung dengan pola manajemen SDM yang baik dan profesional pula.

“Pada dasarnya sarana dan prasarana serta pelayanan yang ada di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung sudah terpenuhi, namun kami akan memberikan masukan demi pelayanan yang lebih baik ke depannya,” ucap Ninis.

Kunjungan Tim Visitasi Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Timur ini adalah dalam rangka supervisi kegiatan kesesuaian pemenuhan standar izin  berusaha RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Visitasi ini rutin dilakukan setiap tahun. Tujuannya, selain mengevaluasi kesesuaian pemenuhan standar izin berusaha, juga sebagai bentuk kontrol dari pemerintah daerah dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD dr. Iskak.

Tim visitasi melakukan supervisi dengan metode tekusur ruangan didampingi  tim PIC RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Mulai dari IGD, cathlab, ICU, NICU, Depo Farmasi, Ruang Rawat Inap, Sanitasi, Laboratorium Terpadu hingga pelayanan di Graha Mandiri.

Mereka juga melakukan dokumentasi serta menilai sarana dan prasarana serta pelayanan yang ada di RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Hal ini penting untuk memastikan apakah sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.

Setelah kegiatan telusur berakhir, tim visitasi beserta jajaran Manajemen RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung melakukan kegiatan penandatanganan berita acara serta pemaparan hasil telusur. “Kami rasa sarana dan prasarana serta pelayanan RSUD dr. Iskak yang sudah baik. Kami memberikan apresiasi terhadap komitmen pelayanan di RSUD dr. Iskak ini dan ke depan semoga bisa terus ditingkatkan agar bisa menjadi percontohan nasional,“ ucap Ninis menyampaikan paparan hasil telusur ruangan. (PKRS/KAR)

THE VISITATION Team of the East Java Health Office gave high appreciation to the overall hospital services at dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

One of the service units that get high credit is mainly the Emergency Department (ED). The visitation team assessed that the waiting room on the south side of the ED was very helpful for the service because it did not interfere with the patient mobilization activities.

Not only that, the path in and out of ambulance cars is also strategic so it is very supportive of the emergency services.

In addition to the facilities and infrastructure, the Head of the Visitation Team of the East Java Health Office, dr. Ninis Herlina Kiranasari admitted that the majority of health workers in the treatment room were trained and skilled in handling patients.

The working system is effective and efficient, the health profesional also work professionally. All of that is supported by a good and professional Human Resources management pattern as well.

“Basically, the facilities, infrastructure and services in dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital have been fulfilled, but we will provide input for better services in the future,” said Ninis.

The visit of the East Java Health Office Visitation Team is in order to supervise the conformity of compliance activities to fulfill the standard of business permits of dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

This visitation is routinely done in every year. The goal are addition to evaluating the conformity of the fulfillment of business permit standards, is also a form of control from the local government in ensuring the quality of health services at dr. Iskak Hospital.

The visitation team supervised the room search method accompanied by the PIC team of dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

Starting from ED, cathlab, ICU, NICU, Pharmacy Depot, Inpatient Room, Sanitation, Integrated Laboratory to services at Graha Mandiri.

They are also conduct documentation and assess the facilities, infrastructure and services at dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

It is important to ensure whether the facilities and infrastructure available are in accordance with established standards.

After the search activity ended, the visitation team along with the management of dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital conducted an activity of signing event news and exposure of search results. “We think that the facilities, infrastructure and services of dr. Iskak Hospital is already good. We appreciate the service commitment at dr. Iskak Hospital and in the future hopefully can continue to be improved so that it can become a national pilot,” said Ninis conveying the exposure of room search results. (PKRS/KAR/BEL)
